1. Who we are

sorevvyn.shop is operated by OCTOBER TEXTILES LIMITED, trading as SOREVVYN (“we”, “us”). Our company registration details are listed on our Legal Information page. You can contact us at support@sorevvyn.shop or on +44 7415 016021.

These terms apply to every order placed on sorevvyn.shop by a consumer (“you”). By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are buying for personal use, not for resale.

2. Our products

• Each product page describes the design, its colourway, measurements, closure, how it carries and, for sets, exactly how many pieces are included.
• Images show each design from several angles so you can see its construction. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by up to 1 cm because of the soft, padded construction.
• Hat sizes are listed on each hat page and in our Size & Fit guide.

3. Prices and currency

• Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country — US dollars (USD), Canadian dollars (CAD), pounds sterling (GBP), euros (EUR) or Swiss francs (CHF) — with the currency code next to every price. You pay in the currency shown at checkout.
• Shipping is charged per order at the flat rate shown on our Shipping page and at checkout.
• Prices do not include import duties, import taxes or carrier fees that your country may charge on delivery; see Shipping.
• If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, we send an email confirming that we have received it. This is not yet an acceptance. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order and email you the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order — for example, because a design is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Payment

• You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number.
• Your payment is taken when you place your order.
• We may cancel an order if the payment provider flags it as fraudulent or if payment is not authorised, and will refund any amount taken.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping page, which also sets out our processing times, delivery estimates, rates and what happens if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.

We do not sell or ship to countries outside the destinations listed on the Shipping page, or to any person or place where the sale would be prohibited by applicable sanctions or export laws.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel before dispatch, return unused items within 30 days of delivery, and — if you live in the UK, the EU, Norway or Switzerland — cancel within 14 days under your statutory right to cancel. 8. Faulty items and your legal rights

We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform with this contract. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a free return and a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

9. Promotions

We are not currently running any promotions or discount codes. If we offer one in future, its conditions (including dates, eligible products and any minimum spend) will be shown next to the offer and at checkout, and only those conditions will apply.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We supply products for domestic and private use only. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

11. Intellectual property

The SOREVVYN name, logo, product designs, photographs, text and website design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Translations

This website can be viewed in several languages using automatic translation. If there is any difference between a translation and the English text, the English text applies.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@sorevvyn.shop; we aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
