What personal data we collect when you shop with SOREVVYN, why we use it, who we share it with and the rights you have.

Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is OCTOBER TEXTILES LIMITED, which operates the SOREVVYN brand and sorevvyn.shop. Our registered details are on our Legal Information page. For any privacy question or request, email support@sorevvyn.shop with “Privacy” in the subject line.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, the items you buy and your order history.
- Payment details: payments are processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment, the payment method type and the last four digits of a card, but never your full card number or security code.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and a securely hashed password.
- Messages: what you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the essential cookies described in our Cookie Policy. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How and why we use it

We do not send marketing emails, sell your personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Who we share it with
- Payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal, where offered at checkout) to take payments, issue refunds and prevent fraud. They act under their own privacy policies for some of this processing.
- Delivery carriers — your name, address, email or phone number so they can deliver and send tracking updates.
- Our website host and email provider, who store data on our behalf.
- Google, only if you choose a language other than English: the text of the page you are viewing is sent to Google’s translation service to translate it.
- Authorities, where we are required by law, such as tax or customs authorities.
International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses approved by the UK and EU authorities.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: six years after the end of the financial year of the order, to meet accounting and tax requirements.
- Account details: until you ask us to close your account.
- Contact messages: up to two years after our last reply, unless they relate to an order.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you have given. Residents of US states such as California also have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we do not sell or share personal information and will not treat you differently for using your rights.
To make a request, email support@sorevvyn.shop. We answer within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority in your country.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption throughout. Access to order data is limited to people who need it to fulfil orders and support customers. Card payments are handled by PCI DSS-compliant payment providers.
Children
Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
