Use any payment method shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card details.

Yes, until it is dispatched. Email support@sorevvyn.shop with your order number as soon as possible and we will update it or refund you in full.

We are not running any promotions at the moment. If we do, the conditions will be shown next to the offer.

To the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all EU countries, Norway and Switzerland. Rates and delivery times are on our Shipping page.

We prepare orders within 3–5 business days. After dispatch, standard tracked delivery takes about 5–9 business days to the US, 6–10 to Canada, 3–6 within the UK and 5–10 to Europe.

Your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are not included in our prices and are paid to the carrier or customs by the recipient. See Shipping for details.

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. UK, EU, Norwegian and Swiss customers also have a 14-day legal right to cancel. Full details are on Returns & Refunds.

Within 14 days of us receiving your return (or proof that you sent it), to your original payment method and in the currency you paid.

Email us with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or refund you in full.

Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, reshape by hand and let it air dry flat. Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron the quilted surface.
